Surgery Schedule

Posted by on Nov 26, 2012 in Updates | 8 Comments

Will’s surgery is officially on the books at UCLA for tomorrow morning, 11/27, at 7:30 am.

The surgery will last at least four hours, but could be longer depending on the pathology reports of the tissue.

Again, for those of you who would like to show waiting room support for Angie, her family and Will’s family, you may sign up to visit here.

Thank you all, again, for your continued support and outpouring of love. It’s times like these that we realize how vitally important community is, and how beyond blessed Will and Angie are to have you a part of their community.

More updates to come. Until then we pray.

With love and much hope,

Allison and the #GoTeamGray Core

I read about your story on my friend, Katherine Wolf’s blog. I know what it’s like to sit in a waiting room and intensely pray for a loved one… I had the privilege of dong it for Katherine nearly 5 years ago and again this spring when my brother was in a very serious, near fatal accident. Both experiences taught me a lot about the power that exists when God’s people pray. Praying Psalm 143:1 over you and your family today. “O LORD, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief.” May you feel His peace and joy in explicable ways as you continue on this journey.

    Praying for you,

May the God who entered our broken bodies, our time, and walked our earthen soil be present to you in this moment. May he be present to you as one who enters hospital waiting rooms and surgical units through the gifts, skill, presence, and warmth of his people. Wish we could be present with you this morning. We wait with you with our love and prayers, Autumn and Jay

I’m praying for you, Will, and sending you healing vibes and love. My other favorite Will, Will Hoge, is on the cover of the Nashville Scene this week, and the article is all about his recovery from his scooter wreck four years ago. I’m confident it’s a sign that YOUR full recovery is right around the corner, and that the greatest moments of your career are yet to come.

    MUCH Love,

    Adam O.

I woke up this morning with the baby at 7 am and wasn’t sure why. Then I realized your surgery is this morning. I am praying for you, your family and the surgeons hands. Peace & comfort friend.
