Pray For Will & Angie (An Amazing Video)

Here’s the video that Will and Angie recorded two weeks ago, just a day before they learned the cancer had returned. It was played at their church on Easter Sunday as a message of hope and inspiration. As always, their love and strength shines through.

Sorry , not sure how I hit the summit button??? Not very good at this but as I was saying, Brad was devastated when I spoke to him and asked him to pray for you guys tears in his eyes and silence. Thank you for touching his life and mine. Of course we ask for a miracle and we know he can! But as JESUS prayed not mine but your will be done! I too have lived with cancer since 1990 and I have to pray that often. We are so very sorry for all the pain you both have endured and I will continue to pray

Dear Brother and Sister, we have never met and we probably never will on this side of Heaven but I want you to know that I have been praying for you for months. God is using you both to be a witness for His Kingdom and glory. Your life is not being lived in vain and your struggle, though extremely painful, will bring about His glory in a way that is yet to be seen but will be powerful and effective in bringing many to know Him. There is no greater gift from God than to know that your life meant something, not just to the people that knew you, but in the Kingdom, for eternity. Peace to you in the name of Jesus. Your sister in Christ, Christal

    Will and Angie,

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us through this difficult time. There aren’t really words we can say that will comfort you through this time, but I so admire your faith and trust in the sovereign King who gives and takes away. Your humility, trust, and faith are an example to the entire body of Christ. Thank you for sharing this gift of your story. Through the seasons of suffering in my life, I have always been comforted by 2 Cor 1, Paul’s appeal to the God of all comfort. I know that the presence of God’s people can make all the difference through trial so know that we are present with you in spirit and prayer,

Philippians 1:18-25 Yes, and I will continue to rejoice, 19 for I know that through your prayers and God’s provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance.d 20 I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. 21 For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. 22 If I am to go on living in the body, this will mean fruitful labor for me. Yet what shall I choose? I do not know! 23 I am torn between the two: I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is better by far; 24 but it is more necessary for you that I remain in the body. 25 Convinced of this, I know that I will remain, and I will continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith, 26 so that through my being with you again your boasting in Christ Jesus will abound on account of me.

Paul’s words make me think of you situation so much. Will, I have been praying and will continue to pray for healing so that my “boasting in Christ Jesus will abound on account of you”. You have blessed my life and so many others with your story and your music. I only pray that you may continue.

    God Bless You.

    Will and Angie,
Thank you for choosing to live your faith life with such raw vulnerability before many people you don’t even know nor will ever meet. I wanted to share with you a way that God is being glorified as I continue to follow your story. I am currently in a place of wrestling with God regarding some deep desires of my heart. As I’ve read along with your journey and heard what the Lord is showing you about your lives being surrendered to Him I have been both reminded and convicted that my life is very much not my own. God is using you greatly as a very tangible testimony of what He continues to call me to as His child….as one who has committed to laying down her life and taking up the cross to follow Him. I want to praise God for how He has spoken through you both in the midst of what is a painful time for you. I want to praise Him for who He has created you to be as individuals and as husband and wife. I have committed to and will continue to pray that God bring a complete healing to you, Will.

    Blessings, Amber

My heart is breaking for you both at this time. I remember you from my time at Union, although I was only there for a year and a half. Your hope and faith is inspiring, and I am praying daily that God answers all of our prayers and miraculously heals Will.
