    Will and Angie-
Consistent prayers are being sent up this morning (and more). Particulary for the surgeons’ hands and God’s wisdom and guidance in all they do during this surgery.

I wanted to share a devotional I was reading in a book called “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young: “I AM ABOVE ALL THINGS: your problems, your pain, and the swirling events in this everchanging world. When you behold My Face, you rise above circumstances and rest with Me in heavenly realms. This is the way of Peace, living in the light of My Presence. I guarantee that you will always have problems in this life, but they must not become your focus. When you feel yourself sinking in the sea of circumstances, say ‘Help me, Jesus!’ and I will draw you back to Me. If you have to say that thousands of times daily, don’t be discouraged. I know your weakness, and I meet you in that very place.”

Isaiah 41:10 – Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed. I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

    God’s peace, grace and healing-

May you be overwhelmed with the greatest of loves on this most challenging of days. May the knowledge that eternal love walks with you (not distantly) but closely as a God who entered/enters our suffering thanks to his own person and work. May you be surrounded with solidarity, love, and hope in the name of the One who loves you most – a God who is “with us” – along with the saints and pilgrims standing alongside you on your journey. With love, peace, and prayers, Autumn and Jay

Dear Will and Angie, I am a close friend of Marie, your neighbor. She spent Thanksgiving with us in Texas and shared your story. You have both been on my mind since then. I know you have lots of love and support in California, now know you have support from people you have never met. I can only imagine what a truly frightening thing this is for you both. You can only take one day at a time. I will tell your story here and continue sending love and prayers your way.

    Will,
I am Janet Scott, Jason Crockarell’s mom. You remember him from high school, don’t you? I have been following you online for the past year or so. So proud of your accomplishments in the entertainment world! So very sorry to hear of your diagnosis! Please just know that my family and I will be praying diligently for you and your wife as you go through this journey. The power of prayer is amazing, as I have personally realized! Please keep in your mind and your heart Phillipians 4:13…I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

    Dear Will,

I just read John’s prayer request on your behalf and then read his most recent blog. I am praying for you and trust in the Lord’s goodness and faithfulness over your life. I want to share Isaiah 41:10 with you as you prepare for surgery.

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you.
I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

    Psalms 138 as well http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm+138&version=NIV

May the Lord give you his peace during this time. Blessings!

I’ve been following the progress of Broke* for a while. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to see it but I can’t wait. You’re in my prayers, Will. I know you can beat this and I know somehow, this is apart of God’s unfailing plan. You’re going to do great things.

I hope this finds you well,

    Kris
