I had the pleasure of working with Will’s Dad at the telephone company. I rode with him to 3rd and Lindsley in Nashville one night to see Will and Scratch Track perform. It was a wonderfull evening. The muscicianship was amazing, the passion was inspiring but what I noticed most was the genuine humility Will had about it. He hugged me like he had known me forever and thanked me over and over again for coming with his Dad to see them. After that I would always try to keep a check on him on line, especially when I saw the trailer for broke*. That is what I was doing yesterday when to my total shock and disbeleif I found out about the past year. I sat and cried off and on for the rest of the day. I watched the memorial service and anything on youtube I could find. I only met the dude once and I feel as if I have lost a brother… now that’s a testimony. My prayers and thoughts are with all of Will’s friends and family. Will was an amazing man.

I watched it weeks ago while it streamed, but still I am breathless as I watch it again. So many profound thoughts and words were shared, and I continue to ponder them.
